Applying for this position will include working in the following areas:
Dining room server: Duties include but are not limited to opening sidework, waiting on tables, teamwork, stong personality, good manners, and closing sidework. A dining room server should be family friendly. Servers rarely stay on the clock past 11:30PM.
Cocktail Server: Duties include but are not limited to opening sidework, waiting on tables, teamwork, strong personality, good manners, and closing sidework. A cocktail server should be familiar with the bar atmosphere. Cocktail servers rarely stay on the clock past 3:00AM.
